Terms and Conditions
Premise
These terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions") govern the use and registration of the user on the website www.raccontent.it ("Site") owned by CMP Consulenza S.a.s..
Read the terms and conditions before accessing, browsing or otherwise using the site
Access, navigation, viewing, and use of the site are subject to these "Terms and Conditions" and all applicable laws. By accessing and using the site, the user accepts these "Terms and Conditions" without limitation or reservation. If the user does not accept the "Terms and Conditions," they may not use the site. If, at any time, any part of the "Terms and Conditions" becomes unacceptable, the user must immediately stop using the site.
CMP Consulenza reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the terms and conditions at any time without notice. Therefore, you are asked to periodically review the "Terms and Conditions." If the user continues to use the site, it will mean that they have accepted the changes or deletions.

1. PRIVACY
Refer to the CMP Privacy Policy for information regarding the collection, use, and storage of user information by the company.
2. COPYRIGHT AND USE OF SITE CONTENTS
The site and all information it contains or will contain in the future, including, by way of example but not limited to, articles, memoranda, bulletins, reports, press releases, opinions, text, lists, guides, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos (collectively, the "content"), are the property of CMP and are protected against unauthorized copying and distribution by United States copyright and trademark laws, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws. Some of the trademarks and logos appearing on the site are owned by third parties. Except as described in these terms of use, no content available on the site should be interpreted as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use the site or any content displayed therein, through the use of framing techniques or any other method, without the prior written authorization of CMP or the third parties who may own the trademark or copyright of the material displayed on this site.
CMP encourages and allows the creation of links to the site's content. However, since CMP is an organization that adheres to the highest professional standards, it does not grant any license or other authorization to create links to the site or to use its content if such use or linking:
(a) implies that CMP promotes or supports causes, ideas, political campaigns, websites, products or services of third parties,
(b) copies, displays, disseminates or otherwise uses the content of the site without the express written consent of CMP
(c) uses the content for commercial purposes. Furthermore, CMP does not authorize the creation of links to the site if the linking party is engaged in prohibited conduct (as described in these Terms of Use).
CMP reserves the right to withdraw authorization for any link at any time.
Subject to full compliance with these terms, CMP authorizes the user to view the content, make a single copy of it, and print it only for their own legal, personal, and non-commercial use, provided that the user retains all copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property notices present in the content and that the content, or any part of it, is not modified.
3. RESPONSES TO ONLINE REQUESTS
From time to time CMP may decide to provide information or material via email or other means to interested individuals. CMP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any requests for information or material, or to discontinue providing such information or material to any person and for any reason.
4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
The user may use the site only for legitimate purposes. The user may not upload, distribute, or publish through the site any content that:
or is slanderous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, harassing or threatening, or otherwise considered unpleasant by CMP at the sole discretion of the company;
or contains computer viruses, worms, "moles" or other contaminating or destructive elements;
or harms the rights of others, such as in the case of content that violates copyrights, registered trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or the right to privacy or disclosure;
or contains false or misleading statements;
or contains advertising or
or otherwise violate criminal or civil law. It is forbidden to use the site for commercial purposes or to request funds, goods, or services. It is also forbidden to use the site to solicit subscribers to sign up for other competing online computer services.
5. MANAGEMENT AND REMOVAL OF CONTENT
CMP has no way of controlling the content published by users of the site ("User Content") and is therefore not responsible for it. However, CMP reserves the right to revoke authorization to access these areas and/or to delete, move, or modify any user content (including messages posted in forums) that, at its sole discretion, violates the terms of use. The user is fully responsible for the content published by him/her or by other people who may use his/her account. CMP has the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions present in user content at its sole discretion.
CMP prohibits the publication of information that infringes or violates copyright and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights to privacy and disclosure) of any person or entity.
6. LACK OF APPROVAL
CMP does not declare or confirm the accuracy or reliability of user content that has been viewed, uploaded, posted on any bulletin board, or otherwise distributed through the site to any member, information provider, or third party. CMP expressly disclaims any responsibility related to user content. The user also acknowledges that whenever they rely on such content, they do so at their own exclusive risk.
The site may contain links to other Internet sites owned or operated by third parties ("External Sites"). The user acknowledges that CMP is not required to ensure the availability of content or software applications found on external sites or downloadable through them. For any requests regarding links to external sites, the user must contact the administrator or webmaster of the external sites.
7. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SIGNATORY
At the time of registration or submission of the application to CMP, it is necessary to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration data and agree to provide CMP with any changes to such data immediately after they have been made.
Individual subscriptions to the site are permitted only for those who are already 18 years of age or older. Minors may receive access keys or user ID/password only as part of an authorized group subscription. The right to use the site is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
It is the user's responsibility to access communication services, obtain computer equipment, and acquire other products or services necessary to access and use the site. The user is responsible for all costs associated with accessing and maintaining a connection to the site, including, but not limited to, the costs of the Internet service provider or the local telephone company.
8. REGISTRANT INFORMATION
Unless the user has decided otherwise by making the appropriate selection on the personal data page, CMP has the right to disclose certain information regarding the registrant, including, but not limited to, name, email and postal address, to affiliates, partners, and third-party suppliers, for the purpose of providing the registrant with information about products and services. CMP also has the right to disclose aggregate information regarding the registrant's usage and demographic data, using procedures that do not reveal their personal identity. CMP has the right to send the user informational emails about any changes or additions made to the site, or about any CMP products and services. 9. THIRD PARTIES
CMP may provide users with links to third-party websites. Some content that may be mistaken for original site content may instead be the work of third-party content providers. CMP is not responsible for websites belonging to third parties, which are governed by any terms of use and privacy provisions adopted by the third-party content providers in question.
10. ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
The site may be unavailable due to maintenance, computer or software malfunction, or for other reasons, and this could damage the user's systems and operations. The user is solely responsible for verifying that the information or content obtained from the site does not contain viruses, worms, "moles," or other software codes or subroutines designed to disable, delete, compromise, or damage systems, software, or data.
11. LIMITATION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
CMP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the site at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability and without any obligation to refund any amounts paid for products or services.
CMP may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site in whole or in part at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, without notice or liability.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The site and its content are distributed "as is, as available." Neither CMP, nor third-party content providers or their agents make any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in relation to the site, regarding any content, product, or service sold or distributed through the site. The user expressly agrees to assume all risk regarding the quality and performance of the site and the accuracy or completeness of its content. Neither CMP nor other third-party content providers or their respective agents guarantee that the site will continue to operate uninterrupted or error-free; nor do CMP, other third-party content providers, or their respective agents make any warranty regarding the results obtained from the use of the site or its content.
Under no circumstances shall CMP, third-party content providers, or their respective predecessors, successors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, attorney representatives, licensees, or present or past information providers be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the site, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 13. INDEMNITY
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CMP and all of its predecessors, successors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, attorneys, licensees, representatives, or current or past information providers (collectively, "CMP representatives") from and against any and all liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by CMP or its representatives in connection with any claim arising from any use or alleged use by the user of this site or arising from or in connection with any breach by the user of the terms, representations, warranties, and commitments made by accepting these "Terms and Conditions." CMP reserves the right to assume at its own expense the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user. In such case, the user agrees to reasonably cooperate with CMP's defense of such claim.
14. LAW AND JURISDICTION
For any dispute, Italian law will apply and the Court of Milan will have jurisdiction.
15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The "Terms and Conditions" constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior oral or written agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.
16. NO AMENDMENT OR WAIVER
The "Terms and Conditions" may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties. No waiver by either party shall be deemed a waiver of any previous or subsequent breach or default, unless such waiver is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CMP.
