Terms and Conditions

Premise

These terms and conditions of use ("Terms and Conditions") govern the use and registration of the user on the website www.raccontent.it ("Site") owned by CMP Consulenza S.a.s..

Read the terms and conditions before accessing, browsing or otherwise using the site

Access, navigation, viewing, and use of the site are subject to these "Terms and Conditions" and all applicable laws. By accessing and using the site, the user accepts these "Terms and Conditions" without limitation or reservation. If the user does not accept the "Terms and Conditions," they may not use the site. If, at any time, any part of the "Terms and Conditions" becomes unacceptable, the user must immediately stop using the site.

CMP Consulenza reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the terms and conditions at any time without notice. Therefore, you are asked to periodically review the "Terms and Conditions." If the user continues to use the site, it will mean that they have accepted the changes or deletions.

1. PRIVACY

2. COPYRIGHT AND USE OF SITE CONTENTS

The site and all information it contains or will contain in the future, including, by way of example but not limited to, articles, memoranda, bulletins, reports, press releases, opinions, text, lists, guides, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, trade names, service marks, and logos (collectively, the "content"), are the property of CMP and are protected against unauthorized copying and distribution by United States copyright and trademark laws, international conventions, and other intellectual property laws. CMP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse any requests for information or material, or to discontinue providing such information or material to any person and for any reason.

4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

The user may use the site only for legitimate purposes. The user may not upload, distribute, or publish through the site any content that:

or contains false or misleading statements;

or contains advertising or

or otherwise violate criminal or civil law. It is forbidden to use the site for commercial purposes or to request funds, goods, or services. It is also forbidden to use the site to solicit subscribers to sign up for other competing online computer services.

5. MANAGEMENT AND REMOVAL OF CONTENT

CMP has no way of controlling the content published by users of the site ("User Content") and is therefore not responsible for it. However, CMP reserves the right to revoke authorization to access these areas and/or to delete, move, or modify any user content (including messages posted in forums) that, at its sole discretion, violates the terms of use. The user is fully responsible for the content published by him/her or by other people who may use his/her account. CMP has the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions present in user content at its sole discretion.

CMP prohibits the publication of information that infringes or violates copyright and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights to privacy and disclosure) of any person or entity.

6. LACK OF APPROVAL

CMP does not declare or confirm the accuracy or reliability of user content that has been viewed, uploaded, posted on any bulletin board, or otherwise distributed through the site to any member, information provider, or third party. CMP expressly disclaims any responsibility related to user content. The user also acknowledges that whenever they rely on such content, they do so at their own exclusive risk.

The site may contain links to other Internet sites owned or operated by third parties ("External Sites"). The user acknowledges that CMP is not required to ensure the availability of content or software applications found on external sites or downloadable through them. For any requests regarding links to external sites, the user must contact the administrator or webmaster of the external sites.

7. QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SIGNATORY

At the time of registration or submission of the application to CMP, it is necessary to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration data and agree to provide CMP with any changes to such data immediately after they have been made.

Individual subscriptions to the site are permitted only for those who are already 18 years of age or older. Minors may receive access keys or user ID/password only as part of an authorized group subscription. The right to use the site is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

Neither CMP, nor third-party content providers or their agents make any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in relation to the site, regarding any content, product, or service sold or distributed through the site. CMP reserves the right to assume at its own expense the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user. In such case, the user agrees to reasonably cooperate with CMP's defense of such claim.

14. LAW AND JURISDICTION

For any dispute, Italian law will apply and the Court of Milan will have jurisdiction.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The "Terms and Conditions" constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior oral or written agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

16. NO AMENDMENT OR WAIVER

The "Terms and Conditions" may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties. No waiver by either party shall be deemed a waiver of any previous or subsequent breach or default, unless such waiver is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of CMP.
